SEASON MAINTANENCE

Hull & Decks

The entire hull was inspected by hammering.

The old paint was sanded off, and the surface was renewed with 1 coat of primer and 2 coats of topcoat.

The transom was sanded and painted.

The damaged area on the port bow was repaired with fiberglass/gelcoat and repainted; the area was then sanded and polished.

Repairs were made to the teak coaming.

The flange bolts on the swim platform were replaced.

The flybridge table and chairs were cleaned.

The entire hull was polished.

The underwater lighting spots were replaced.

The flap and shaft bracket bearings were inspected, and the flap oil was changed.

The bow propeller was inspected.

All cleats were replaced.

All trifor legs on the stern were replaced.

Engine & Systems

Engine maintenance and filter changes were performed

Generator maintenance and filter changes were performed; injectors were replaced

All chrome exhaust pipes and hoses from the elbows onward were replaced

The starboard shaft boot, which had a slight leak, was removed; fiberglass repairs were made to the bracket

To eliminate the play in the rudder blades, the rudder blades and connecting rod were removed, sanded, and painted; the necessary Delrin parts and bearings were replaced.

The galvanized anchor chain was renewed

Interior

The salon’s front windows were completely removed and the Sika sealant was renewed

The trim panels in front of the windows, which had water leaks, were replaced

The lighting spots on the bathroom ceilings were replaced.

The salon was refinished.

The paneling on the necessary surfaces in the master cabin and salon was replaced.

The portholes in the master cabin were removed, cleaned, and their sealants were replaced.

A chrome track was installed on the salon entrance door.

The arch above the salon entrance door was replaced.

Air conditioning maintenance was performed, and the filters were replaced.

The master and guest air conditioning circuit breakers were separated in the electrical panel

Crew quarters / sickbay

A partition and cabinet were installed on the port side, and the crew berths were rearranged

The crew restroom was renovated
